Our policy to keep costs down means we do not employ a sales team to be on call to discuss products, appropriate sizes for students, etc. Such is a level of service expected from shops charging far more for their products. This means you pay for the extra level of personalized service.
In eliminating emails and sales staff we can deliver the lowest prices online.
As such, we correspond immediately with customers who have placed an order or who are having difficulty using the site and placing an order. Customers who have made a purchase will receive a confirmation email from us at time of order and can contact us via email if there is a problem.

Orders & Shipping
Currently our site accepts American, Canadian, and (NEW) English/European orders. Other International buyers can email us at contact@fiddles4less.com to place an order.
Taxes & Shipping
There is only tax on Canadian orders. There is no state tax for American orders nor VAT on International orders.
Most items ship from distributors in the USA and Canada, others can be shipped direct from the manufacturers. In either case, we ship items within two business days of order receipt and do all we can to keep your costs down, regardless of where we are shipping.
