Flexible Return Policy: Now Offering You More Time!

Fiddles4Less first asks that our customers buy with confidence. The work you do to carefully research our quality products online and at our site will help you feel most comfortable with the end result.

We have yet to see a dissatisfied buyer as a result of our flexible return policy. Should a customer wish to return a purchased item we will take it back if two simple steps are taken by the customer.

1. Contact us first:

We want to keep your business. Should the reason be an easily corrected problem, such as an accidental purchase of the wrong size or model number, we will gladly replace the item with the appropriate item.

Contact us to make a return and to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number. Only returns with an RA number will be accepted.

2. Return the item within 30 days of receipt: Returned merchandise postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise receive full merchandise refund minus shipping. This means you have 30 days after you receive it to decide if you need to return it.

Returned merchandise with a postmark after 30 days of receipt receives a merchandise refund minus an 8% restocking fee (as per our strict wholesaler agreements) and minus shipping.

Returns after 60 days of receipt are not accepted, no exceptions.

Example: A customer buys a $599 violin and it arrives on April 15. He has until May 15 to contact Fiddles4Less, receive an RA number and send the item out in order to receive his full $599 merchandise refund. The item only has to be post-marked within that 30 day period. Should he delay contacting us or shipping out after May 15(the 30 day period), he will receive a $551 merchandise refund.

 

Important Returns Policy Details: Please read

Inspect items upon receipt: Be sure to inspect all items as soon as they arrive. All items are shipped in excellent condition. Contact us immediately if you receive something that may have been damaged in shipping. Merchandise returned with scratches, dents or any other damage which is not disclosed with us upon receipt will be considered sold and returned to you. No exceptions.

Packing: Please save the packing material and keep note of how it was packed. Returned merchandise must be in new condition (no exceptions) and original or similar packaging.

Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are given minus outgoing shipping costs (and, if applicable, restock fees).

The only exception to these terms is if there is a confirmed defect with the manfacturing of the product. In this case the customer will receive a replacement and WE PAY SHIPPING to receive the faulty item and send a replacement. It is highly unlikely that a defect would occur as we do have all items rigorously checked before being shipping. We confirm the status of defects with the manufacturer and distributor directly as to avoid complications. Rest assured there has never been a defective product to date, nor any returns.

Any damage which may occur once merchandise is in the customer's possession and until it has arrived back at Fiddles4Less is the customer's responsibility. We suggest customers purchase shipping insurance (an added cost not included with our standard shipping rates) .

 

Refunds: Customer refunds come via Paypal to whichever payment method used to pay (whether it be credit card, bank account, paypal account, etc). We process refunds within 2 days of receipt of returned merchandise, taking the required time to inspect the item/s and post refunds via the Paypal system.

30 days/ 60 Days: Our returns policy is available for a generous 60 days after receipt of the item. This means you have two months of the item in your possession before chance for return is concluded. And as a bonus you can return without any restock fees within the first 30 days. This is plenty of time to discover any problems which need resolution or return.
